• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
• Returns are not accepted for products purchased as gifts if the recipient is not satisfied (unless covered under Guarantee).

• We offer a full refund for the price of the merchandise (excluding taxes).
• Shipping and delivery fees (including rider/shuttle charges) are non-refundable.

If you believe your product is defective or malfunctioning during the Guarantee period, we're here to help.

• A legible copy of your original purchase receipt or invoice (showing seller name, product, and purchase date) is required.
• Proof of payment (e.g., M-Pesa transaction code) may also be requested.
• This Guarantee covers defects in materials, manufacturing, and workmanship under normal use and when the product is purchased new and in original packaging from our website or its authorized affiliates.
